Architect

LOCATION: IngenAE, LLC - South Bend, IN

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform architectural design assignments of varying complexity
  • Participate in a team environment on projects with multi-faceted architectural work
  • Manage a wide variety of project types and complexities
  • Establish design direction, develop technical drawings and specifications
  • Participate in the representation of the clients’ interests and projects to governmental and private entities
  • Serve as point of contact for the owner and design team
  • Participate in quality control over the course of a project
  • Meet cost and time schedules while producing quality results
  • Act as an integral team member, with the common goal of team success
  • Act as a positive representative of the company and personify its’ values
  • Assist in business development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree and the ability to obtain licensure
  • AutoCAD® skills are required
  • Strong written, oral and graphic communication skills
  • Experience in a variety of project types and complexity
  • A track record of successful project management
  • Experienced with working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines, and technical production project experience
  • Must have the ability to travel to job sites and safely traverse construction and project sites
  • Candidates must have the desire to provide the service that our clients deserve

Civil Engineer 

LOCATION: IngenAE, LLC - South Bend, IN - Chicago, IL - St. Louis, MO

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform engineering design assignments of varying complexity
  • Participate in a team environment on projects with multi-faceted civil engineering work
  • Manage a wide variety of project types and complexities
  • Establish design direction, develop technical drawings and specifications
  • Participate in the representation of the clients’ interests and projects to governmental and private entities

  • Participate in quality control over the course of a project
  • Meet cost and time schedules while producing quality results

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with the ability to obtain licensure within four years or a recently licensed registered Professional Engineer

  • Experienced with working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines, and technical production project experience

Draftsperson

LOCATION: IngenAE, LLC - Chicago, IL - St. Louis, MO 

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform architectural, engineering and environmental design assignments of varying complexity
  • Participate in a team environment on projects with multi-faceted work
  • Manage a wide variety of project types and complexities
  • Develop technical drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate multiple projects, maintaining a team environment with all personnel throughout the course of projects
  • Participate in quality control over the course of a project
  • Meet cost and time schedules while producing quality results
  • Act as an integral team member, with the common goal of team success
  • Act as a positive and constructive representative of the company and personify its’ values

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years AutoCAD experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and graphic communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Experienced with working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines
  • The ability to work from schematics and mark-ups
